HEALTH INSURANCE OPEN ENROLLMENT October 1, 2012 THRU October 31, 2012
Effective January 1, 2013
The Employee Benefits Division of the State of Arkansas manages the group health insurance program for public school employees. Eligible Employees must enroll within 30 days of employment or within 30 days of an IRS qualifying family status change or during the yearly "Open Enrollment" period. Dependent children are covered through age 26. Your health benefits can be managed online at the EBD website.
If you are enrolling in one of the Health Insurance Plans, you must also complete a Basic and Supplemental Life form.
