Dental Benefits
Dental Coverage is written by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This is a FREE benefit to eligible Conway Public School employees. An Enrollment/Application form must be completed within 30 days of becoming employed for this free benefit. Spouse, Child or Family coverage is available at a cost to the employee. Dependent children are covered through age 26.
Completed forms should be returned to Helen Stanton at the Administration Building. Open Enrollment is in February/March of each year with an effective date of May 1st. If you do not want to enroll in this benefit please print the Application/Change form and write your name, social security number and "Decline" on the form.
